All-Energy Australia Exhibition Stand Design and Build

All-Energy Australia 2027 runs on 27 and 28 October at MCEC in Melbourne. Run by RX, it is described by the organiser as the largest business-to-business clean energy event in the Asia-Pacific, with more than 490 exhibitors and 500 speakers. Brij & Co designs and builds stands for solar, battery storage, EV charging and grid technology companies, and has built for clean-tech brands including EV charger supplier JetCharge.

Who visits All-Energy

The show is organised around zones that include EV technology and infrastructure, energy management, and grid and network. Visitors are installers, developers, utilities, engineers, government buyers and businesses looking to cut energy costs. Most of them already know the technology and want to compare specifications, warranties and support.

That means the stand has two jobs. It has to stand out in a hall full of similar-looking panels and batteries, and it has to give a technical buyer enough detail to justify a follow-up meeting.

Showing energy products well

Make the invisible visible. Electricity does not photograph well. We use screens with live or simulated dashboards, cut-away battery modules and lit flow graphics to show what the product actually does.

Mount real hardware. Inverters, batteries and chargers are wall-mounted in real life, so we build reinforced walls and plinths for them. EV chargers look better with a car bay outline or a vehicle beside them, if space allows.

Think about power. Demonstrating a charger or battery needs the right power supply and safe isolation. We plan the electrical with the venue order, and test it in our workshop where possible.

Use sustainable materials where it counts. Clean energy buyers notice when a stand goes to landfill. We use reusable aluminium frames, fabric graphics that can be reprinted and joinery designed to be stored for next year. See our approach to sustainability.

Planning timeline

  1. June to July. Brief, concept and quote. Send the floor plan and the products you plan to show.
  2. August. Final drawings and plan submission once the organiser releases the exhibitor manual.
  3. September to October. Fabrication, printing and full pre-assembly in our workshop, then freight to Melbourne.
  4. Show week. Installation, power testing, on-call support during the show and removal at close.

All-Energy Melbourne at MCEC

All-Energy is held every October at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC), and most people search for it as All-Energy Melbourne or the All Energy expo. We support All-Energy builds from our Melbourne production facility, with design and project management from Sydney.

The show runs over two days, which puts a premium on a stand that works from the first hour. We test screens, demo hardware and power in our workshop before freight, so your team is not troubleshooting on the opening morning.

Ideas for a clean energy exhibition stand

A home or site in miniature

A wall section showing solar, battery, inverter and charger connected the way they are installed tells the whole system story in one view.

Live dashboards

A screen showing generation, storage and savings in real time makes the product tangible for buyers who will never see inside the box.

Low-waste build

Reusable frames, reprintable fabric and stored joinery match the values of the people walking the floor.

A vehicle on the stand

For EV charging brands, a car plugged in to a working charger draws attention. We plan the access and floor protection for it.
